Griffin Praises Departing Commander, Welcomes New One
LITTLE ROCK – Congressman Tim Griffin (AR-02), a member of the House Armed Services Committee, issued the following statement after attending this morning’s Change of Command Ceremony at Little Rock Air Force Base, where Colonel Mark Czelusta relinquished command of the 314th Airlift Wing to Colonel Edward Brewer:
“As Commander of the 314th Airlift Wing over the past two years, Colonel Czelusta was a model of leadership and dedication. It was an honor and a pleasure to work with him, and the Little Rock Air Force Base community is grateful for his service to our nation. I wish him the very best as he assumes command of the Squadron Officer College and Squadron Officer School at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, Alabama, and I welcome the 314th’s new Commander, Colonel Edward Brewer, back to Little Rock. I’m confident he will do an outstanding job upholding the standard of excellence and distinction for which LRAFB is known.”
