Griffin: Mercer’s Legacy Will Never Be Forgotten

LITTLE ROCK – Congressman Tim Griffin (AR-02) issued the following statement after learning of Christopher C. Mercer Jr.’s passing:

“Mr. Mercer’s courage in combating prejudice helped transform Arkansas and our country, and his legacy will never be forgotten.  I’m saddened by his passing, and my prayers are with his family.”
