Griffin Blasts Washington’s ‘Regulatory Tsunami of Nonsense’

Sep 20, 2012 Issues: Economy and Jobs

WASHINGTON – In a fiery speech given earlier today during a House Committee on the Judiciary hearing, Congressman Tim Griffin (AR-02) blasted the Obama Administration’s regulatory regime.  Following the hearing, he issued the following statement:

“Everyone I know is for reasonable regulation, but job creators tell me again and again that President Obama’s excessive and overly burdensome regulations are crushing their ability to expand their businesses and create jobs.  They’re facing a regulatory tsunami of nonsense from Washington that’s stifling jobs and slowing economic recovery.”
